Windsor Light Music Theatre (WLMT) is commited to protecting the privacy of personal information that is collected or used in the course of conducting the business of the organization. Windsor Light Music Theatre will establish and maintain procedures that are consistent with this policy.

• Windsor Light Music Theatre respects the legal requirements that exist regarding the privacy of personal information and is committed to complying with all applicable laws.

• Windsor Light Music Theatre will regularly review their information collection, use and disclosure practices in order to assure compliance with changing laws and regulations.

• Windsor Light Music Theatre will give notice in advance when personal information is collected, explain the need for the information and describe how the information will be used. In addition, Windsor Light Music Theatre will not share any collected information with any third parties.

• Windsor Light Music Theatre will explain the consequences of any decision by individuals not to provide personal information that Windsor Light Music Theatre wishes to collect or use. Regarding information about children or other categories of sensitive information, Windsor Light Music Theatre will adopt procedures to assure that such information is only collected with suitable consent and is protected against improper use.

• In acquiring or providing information to others, including those which Windsor Light Music Theatre may engage to provide support services, WLMT will require them to adopt and comply with the principles of this policy and employ appropriate business procedures.

• Windsor Light Music Theatre shall establish, and make publicly available, the procedures to be employed in responding to any complaint regarding the possible failure of Windsor Light Music Theatre to comply with its established procedures for the protection of personal information.

• Under certain circumstances permitted by law, Windsor Light Music Theatre may collect, use and disclose personal information pursuant to special procedures that do not require giving notice or conducting similar activities (for example, in connection with law enforcement investigations).

• Windsor Light Music Theatre’s website hosting servers are located in the United States. Personal information, gathered in accordance with the principles set out above and relating to visitors residing in Canada, maybe stored on those servers. By agreeing to this policy, users residing in Canada expressly agree to their personal information being stored on such servers.
